Great location in our opinion close to Elizabeth quay we took an Uba cost 8 to 9 dollars if walking would be 8 min in car depending on traffic very close.
This was not a 5 star hotel compared to other 5 star hotels.
There were things that the hotel did not provide such as Very limited after hours room service menu ONLY PIZZA AND HAM CHEESE SAM.. OR SMALL CURRY.
BEWARE when buying a canned drink for $6 you only get half size can of coke.
Room was very clean sheets clean comfortable bed but room is not in my option 5 star.
To me 5 star is luxurious fitting there where no knives and forks spoons. or Alcohol in the mini fridge.
View to room was good. No peanuts coke or chocolate or chips.
Very good checkout time of 11AM.
STAFF were friendly and accommodating.
Nice small hotel- conveniently located with nearby bars and eateries. There were tables and power on both sides of the bed.
The room was clean and spacious but strangely barren. Hardly any furniture. We lived out of our suitcases though plenty of room for some better storage.
Beautiful clean room with a very comfortable bed and a gorgeous recently renovated bathroom with a luxury rain water shower head set. Beautiful soft bath robes provided. Everything felt brand new, impressive art work both in and outside the rooms. Great breakfast smorgasbord options in the chic bar and restaurant area. Beautifully appointed and well placed in the city for ease of access to shops, bars and cafes and the free Black Cat buses are just outside the door. We will definitely be back. This is the best place to stay in Perth!!
First time staying here first night was fine.

Appalling service and the staff couldn’t be bothered cleaning up after guests
The food was cold and sausages undercooked (dangerous) no fresh coffee was offered by staff
I think more training needs to be given and a restaurant manager .
Went to their bar in safe work procedures (see picture) milk crate for staff to get third shelf bottles on a smooth concrete surface!!!
Took me 15 minutes to get a drink not good for paying hotel guests.
I refused to go and have a cold breakfast and went to the holiday inn instead because the staff checked all food hot 🔥!!!
